In our Constitution, there is one line that completely wrecks our system of Government - that is the ‘Ministers to sit in Parliament’ line in Section 64.

This limits the talent pool of potential Ministers to the sorry sods we have in Parliament. This is how we get Richard Marles as our Defence Minister, despite having no prior experience in, or exposure to, the military.
